Senior Project Engineer

Partner with the best As Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project-related activities and resources. In this role, you will be in charge of: Working independently while reporting to the Snr Project Manager daily to deliver requirements. Acting as the primary customer contact for the duration of each project and coordinating project development, implementation, and control with Sales, Field Operations, and other support functions. Communicating the PO status to the relevant personnel. Ensuring that all subordinates are fully briefed on the work scope, their duties, and safety compliance with BH and customer’s HSE and QA standards and procedures. Participating in pre-job briefings and ensuring familiarization with the work scopes. Managing all financial aspects of project management, including cost reviews, invoicing, and cash collection. Ensuring compliance with contracts. Identifying opportunities to expand the project to bring value to our customer and satisfy profitability requirements. Ensuring delivered services achieve the highest quality and performance levels. Responding rapidly to technical and commercial queries from customers, shop, and field service personnel. Developing and maintaining good customer relationships using solid communication skills. Resolving problems post-project closure to ensure customer satisfaction. Supporting Baker Hughes PPS bases if required in Europe/Africa. Fuel your passion: To be successful in this role you will: Hold a degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering subject. Have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the industry. Possess essential Project Management experience. Have essential Process and Pipeline experience. Have essential Offshore experience for this role. Exhibit good computer skills. Be a self-starter and natural leader capable of working with little to no supervision. Demonstrate an excellent safety attitude and participate in all Company safety programs.
