Key Responsibilities:

Lead with expertise:

Provide technical direction during critical phases like prototyping, testing, and production - ensuring the highest standards of quality. Design and innovate:

Create, review, and refine design specifications for cutting-edge mechanical systems and components. Collaborate for success:

Work hand-in-hand with engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery. Own the process:

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Communicate your vision:

Prepare comprehensive reports, detailed project plans, and compelling presentations for stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

A strong foundation in Mechanical and Systems Engineering combined with Project Management expertise. Proficiency with tools like CAD, FMEA, MATLAB/Simulink, and MBSE to drive innovation. The ability to manage complex priorities with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Clear and confident communication abilities to share ideas and inspire teams.
