Senior Project Manager
Job Description:
You will have managed a number of large projects and will have significant experience and leadership skills to be the face of Capita to the client for your piece of work.
What you will deliver:
- Manage execution to budget, managing any cost change via commercial contract change with all costs covered.
- Identify and report key success criteria / measurements for successful delivery of the project (Cost, Time and Quality)
- Lead and drive the delivery team, ensure the right calibre of staff are assigned to the project with the relevant skill set profile and ownership.
- Lead or take ownership of the governance for the Project, ensuring the relevant stakeholders are engaged and accountable for their aspect of the delivery.
- Ensuring the right culture and attitude is embedded in how we operate to achieve successful business outcomes.
- Understands and follows project management methodology.
- Pensions industry knowledge and demonstrable experience working with pensions related projects is essential.
- Can demonstrate experience in Agile and Waterfall development methods.
- Has proven leadership managing a diverse multi-disciplined virtual team.
- The ability to work with senior stakeholders to develop a long-term strategy and shape the future road map.
- Previous experience within Financial Services environment
