Role Overview: As a senior project manager, you will play a key role within the professional service team at Ascertra, working closely across multiple customers and teams. You will report to the global services director and work closely with our sales teams to scope and estimate client projects based on Ascertra products and services. This role is also an advisor with a focus on improving our clients’ understanding and use of Ascertra products and services as well as guiding and coordinating the implementation of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope detailed plans, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide the project team. Lead project execution, monitoring, and control to ensure delivery and milestones are met. Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal disruption to objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and allocation. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates. Ensure project documentation is complete, organized, and available for audit. Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Exceptional verbal and written communicator. Leadership qualities, such as motivation techniques, conflict management, and general people management. Knowledge of project management processes, such as Scrum and Agile. Experience managing multiple projects and customers. Project and time management experience to drive successful implementations with clients in collaboration with internal teams. Hands-on experience/knowledge of Primavera or similar planning tools. Nice-to-Have:

Association for Project Management (APM) and/or Institute of Project Management (IPM) qualifications/accreditation.
