Senior Project Manager
Based in Northern Ireland with 2-3 days visiting sites in England per week. Mon-Fri, Permanent. Salary up to circa £55,000. SRG are delighted to be working with a leading engineering organisation who require a Senior Project Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This role will be mainly site-based for the duration of construction works and will involve the management of all site operations during the installation of specialist precast products. Duties:
Manage the project through design, planning, production, and site. Attend client meetings. Ensure project is completed on time and within budget. Monitor site progress against plan and take corrective action when necessary. Ensure Health and safety standards are met and prepare safety documentation. Provide financial forecasts on a monthly basis. Requirements:
At least 5 years Project Management experience. Previous PM experience on projects involving precast structures or flooring. Ability to plan and prioritize workloads effectively.
