Your new role They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of high-end office fit-out projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, senior management, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your duties will include project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control. You will be expected to use your initiative and expertise to lead your team effectively and ensure seamless project execution.

What you'll need to succeed To excel in this role, you will need extensive experience at a senior project management level or a similar level, ideally within the office fit-out sector. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and a deep understanding of the industry. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and make decisive decisions. Proficiency in project management software and methodologies, as well as a thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations, are also required.
