Produce Programme of works, and detailed schedules. Assist the team to develop construction methodology, SSHEQ procedures, RAMS, and ITPs. Obtain suitable resources (Labour, Subcontractors, Plant, and Materials) to execute the work. Assist the commercial team to develop forecast budgets and manage actual cost. Assess programme and productivity achieved and review weekly, acting where appropriate and reporting any changes. Ensure handover information is being produced in readiness for handover. About You:
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil engineering projects. Strong knowledge of standard contract forms and their application. Skilled in commercial and project management communication. Experienced in implementing safe work systems and practices. In-depth understanding of performance evaluation methods and key performance metrics. Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a solution-oriented approach. Valid CSCS card. Proven tunnelling experience. Package:
