A role you will love This is a full end to end project management role, responsible for ensuring all aspects of project management, from planning and execution to delivery and evaluation. Your primary goal is to ensure that projects are completed successfully, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while meeting both internal and external customer expectations. As a senior member of the team, you will lead the planning, management and delivery of critical and complex customer projects and programmes, and internal transformation initiatives, whilst also being visible and providing strategic guidance, training and support to project managers and the wider team as required, fostering a culture of collaboration and best practices throughout the project cycle. You’ll be familiar with managing technical projects with consideration of delivery risks, issues, and dependencies in line with agreed procedures and timescales. Overseeing and managing the efficient operation of the PMO, ensuring its processes and tools are aligned with organizational strategies, objectives and that they are fit for purpose. Projects tend to be fast-paced working with the Head of Transformation & Strategic Portfolio, sales, solutions and implementation teams requiring strong relationship management with customers and multiple internal teams, including senior stakeholders. Key roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead and deliver complex customer projects and internal transformation initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes within budget, timeline, and quality parameters. Oversee and manage the Project Management Office (PMO), including process optimisation and the development of a high-performing project management culture across the organisation. Provide strategic guidance, training, and support to project managers and project teams, encouraging best practices and continuous improvement. Drive the successful implementation of global strategic transformation projects (Stardust & Voyager) within CCS UK, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, sales, solutions, design, development teams, and global counterparts. Manage project budgets, risks, and issues effectively, proactively identifying and mitigating potential challenges. Monitor project progress, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate project status to stakeholders effectively. Foster a collaborative and high-performing project environment, emphasising teamwork and effective communication. What will you bring to the role? We’re looking for a solid ‘all round’ Project Manager that holds previous experience of delivering projects across IT, Tech & Development, and it would be advantageous to hold a PM related qualification - PRINCE/Agile/APM. You’ll be a self-starter, who can work with minimal direction with a proactive & resilient approach, able to deliver under pressure. Forward planning, balancing priorities, and co-ordinating multiple tasks whilst being able to be flexible across requirements to ensure priorities and SLA’s are met. Strong interpersonal, presentation & literacy skills will allow you to successfully communicate across all levels of the business, whilst holding compelling influencing and negotiation skills, paired with strong stakeholder engagement, to ensure projects move through the project lifecycle to completion successfully.
