Responsibilities: Plan and deliver major construction projects on time and budget and to the desired specification, through the use of appropriate Project Management strategies. Develop and use a detailed project plan. Management of teams of consultants and contractors to effectively deliver works. Effectively manage the project team to enable them to manage and deliver works. Management of large and complex budgets in line with guidelines. Effective management of H&S for the project. This is a long-term contract that offers excellent working conditions and rates of pay. It is deemed inside IR35 so the rate is umbrella.
