OUR UK MISSION You will join the recently created TRACTEBEL entity in the UK, with ambitious goals and exceptional projects. The entity’s mission is to promote TRACTEBEL as a key player in the UK nuclear industry, alongside supporting and working in collaboration with our colleagues across the world. As well as several prestigious and innovative nuclear research, operation, and decommissioning projects throughout Europe, TRACTEBEL is also contributing to the detailed design of structures on the Nuclear Island at Hinkley Point C (HPC) and Sizewell C (SZC). As well as our flagship projects, TRACTEBEL also has a pipeline of other opportunities in the nuclear industry to feed our expansion in 2025 and 2026. You will be part of a dynamic, highly motivated and multicultural team. This position is a great opportunity for you to develop your professional and personal skills and contribute to project and bid management for globally recognised projects. THE OPPORTUNITY As a Project / Bid Manager, you would be involved with the full lifecycle of projects, from defining specific tender strategies and submitting competitive and compliant tenders, through to managing the delivery of projects, in collaboration with clients, contractors, stakeholders and our project teams. The key responsibilities will include a selection of the following points, depending on your experience and the position you take within our team: Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality tenders and proposals, which are competitive and compliant with legal, regulatory and company requirements. Ensure effective communication and coordination between sales, tendering, BD, and other departments (Business Streams and Disciplines). Leading bid or project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Developing and executing project plans, including scope, schedule, cost, risk management, and communication plans. Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to drive business growth. Ensuring compliance with nuclear industry regulations, standards, and safety requirements. Communicating project status and issues to stakeholders, including project team members, clients, and senior management. Identifying and mitigating project risks. Contract management, including claims and variations. Developing
