Full Time - Monday to Friday Purpose of Role We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Building Solutions Team (South). This role is to oversee multiple projects within the Defence sector comprising of refurbishment and new build works of £1M+. Job Description The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for taking a lead on developing client relationships, ensuring delivery against cost and managing subcontractor performance while developing the pipeline of works to achieve our targets & required margin. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects across the region within the defence sector Provide project direction, focus and consistency across the project Managing regular interaction with the client Managing performance of sub-contracted delivery teams Financial management of project Reviewing project schedules and budgets Setting up and maintaining the project risk and issues strategy and processes Essential Qualifications/Skills SMSTS & NEBOSH NVQ Level 4 or above in Construction Management Experience of managing commercial projects Excellent communications skills Adept at managing costs and sub-contractor performance In return for your hard work we offer additional training and development, 26 days holiday (+ bank holidays), generous pension contribution, life assurance and much more.
