My client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor based in the city of London, currently has a number of exciting new projects in place and is looking for a Senior Project Manager with Internals experience to join their team in West London.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
Manage resources (people, finance, and physical assets) to fulfil the assigned projects safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising customer satisfaction and gross profit. Implement all group policies including those for SHE, Quality, and risk management. Promote group values towards customers to meet or exceed their expectations and fulfil the vision of becoming the most highly respected company in the industry.
Required Skills & Experience: A proven background working for a Main Contractor. Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget. Experience running multi-phase projects with a value of up to £100m. Relevant construction degree or related qualification. A respectable team leader with organisational skills and the ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
