Senior Project Manager Job Overview Develop detailed project briefs, feasibility studies, and work breakdown structures in alignment with client objectives. Prepare tender documentation, oversee bid evaluations, and manage the appointment of contractors and consultants. Utilise industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to develop and monitor project schedules and critical paths. Implement risk registers, assess impact analyses, and manage change control processes in accordance with project governance frameworks. Administer contracts under JCT, NEC, or FIDIC frameworks, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Monitor budgets, produce cost reports, and ensure project stays within financial constraints. Oversee site inspections, manage snagging lists, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards (e.g., CDM 2015).
Senior Project Manager Job Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience with another consultancy or client side. Relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, etc. Full driving licence. Able to commute to Chichester or Maidstone one day per week, minimum.
