Senior Project Manager - Complex Infrastructure
Salary: £60,000- £75,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

The role for the Senior Project Manager:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex aviation construction projects within live operational environments. Your collaborative and detail-oriented approach will be crucial in delivering exceptional results for clients and communities across the region.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:
Manage the entire project lifecycle for aviation construction projects. Lead and direct multi-disciplinary professional teams. Advise clients on project costs, schedules, risks, and issues. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Produce comprehensive monthly reports, including project programs and risk registers. Implement effective communication tools and develop delivery plans. Drive continuous performance improvement and challenge the status quo.
What You Bring as a Senior Project Manager: A Project Management qualification (APM, RICS, or similar) or working towards one. Proven experience managing construction projects, particularly in live environments. Strong leadership skills with experience directing multi-disciplinary teams. A solid understanding of pre- and post-contract Project Management responsibilities. Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
