Senior Project Manager Senior Project Manager opportunity working for a major tier one main contractor who have a major project in North London at circa 200 million where they need a Construction lead to work across multiple residential blocks. About the Role This Senior Project Manager will be managing the workforce across two blocks of regeneration works and will require a strong Senior Project Manager who has a good understanding of traditional forms of contract. Responsibilities Reporting upstream to the Project Director Managing a large team of up to 70 staff which will include Project Managers, Site Managers, and assistants. Organising the works, keeping the client on side, record keeping, and pushing the project along. Guiding project teams with the correct information and ensuring appropriate procedures are being adhered to. Representing the main contractor in the best light and communicating with the client. Requirements Experience working on regeneration works including re-cladding, FRA, and internal refurb. Experience working on traditional forms of contract. Strong leadership skills, ability to drive the project, and ensuring building regulations are being adhered to. This is a great opportunity to lead on a major flagship project that will involve a variety of builds and offer stability due to the length of the project.
