Senior Project Manager
to join a
national FM
&
building services provider
in
Westminster. You will play a vital part in overseeing projects from the design phase through to handover on government contracts. This is a full-time
permanent
role, paying up to
£75,000 per annum
in addition to a car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
Engage with key stakeholders to identify project objectives and key products to be delivered Project managing Mechanical & Electrical Life Cycle upgrade Projects Deliver projects in a Government environment. Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities and in delivering contractual commitments on secured projects. Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of projects are exploited to deliver increased turnover and profitability. Deliver projects to completion on time and on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties. Identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with each and every project. Build strong relationships with sub-contractors, in particular preferred suppliers, to ensure cost-effective solutions. Develop project financial plans for revenue and profit delivery. Essential Experience the Senior Project Manager Would Need:
Currently or previously held SC or CTC clearance. M&E background PFI knowledge Familiar with the RIBA stages Strong client-facing and customer service skills with the ability to cope with demanding and varied customer requirements Track record of successful management and delivery of projects as well as experience of successful partnership.
