Lead the successful delivery of the project, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to achieve project objectives. Collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers, fostering effective working relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, anticipating potential challenges and implementing contingency plans to ensure project success. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular project reviews, reporting on progress, milestones, and key performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders. Senior Project Manager Requirements:
Right to work in the UK. Demonstrated experience delivering projects, including full lifecycle delivery. Relevant industry qualifications such as HNC, Degree, NVQ Level 4 in Site Supervision, or ONC. Possess a valid CSCS, ECS, SKILLcard, or equivalent certification. Certification in SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid at Work. Temporary Works Co-ordinator. Previous experience within a senior project manager's role. Experience with structures (RC). Experience with large scale temporary works. Full UK driving licence.
