The Senior Project Manager's Role The successful Senior Project Manager will have high levels of motivation and drive and will be working within London primarily focusing on CAT A refurbishments and CAT B fit out, and occasional new builds valuing up to £15m in the Commercial, Office, and Residential sector.
The chosen Senior Project Manager's daily responsibilities include: Managing the project from start to finish. Conducting on-site front-end due diligence. Pre-contract management. Phase-by-phase management of the construction process.
The Senior Project Manager Requirements Degree level qualification in Construction, or a similar construction-related subject (Desirable). Flexibility to cover different sectors in the future. 3-5 years' experience working with consultancies. MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM (Desirable). Hands-on project delivery (RIBA stages 0-7). Previous management experience. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
