The Senior Project Manager's Role
An opportunity exists for a Senior Project Manager to join the London Project Management team that focuses on residential/housing, healthcare, and education projects with a maximum value of £50m.
The Senior Project Manager will supervise the project's safe management and completion in compliance with the client's business practices and procedures in London, working with contract teams, clients, and customers.
The Senior Project Manager Requirements
Experience of working within new-build Residential/Housing and/or refurbishment projects A Construction / RICS / Project Management related degree MRICS, APM, RIBA, CIOB (Desirable) Strong client-facing, communication, and technical writing abilities Experience of JCT/NEC contract administration using strong commercial and contractual management
