Responsibilities This exciting role will play a key part in transforming the performance of the Risk Management (RM) function within our Business Services team. RM is a global, internal function, which is responsible for developing our enterprise/corporate risk management strategy with the Executive Committee for the service delivering regions to implement and comply with such that risk is managed in accordance with Turner & Townsend's risk appetite. The function includes: Enterprise risk management – application of corporate governance, learning and development, and reporting; Contracts and legal – reviewing our client and supplier engagements; Insurances and claims – procurement of all insurances, and the management of claims; Service excellence – management and oversight of the service delivery quality assurance programme; Ethics and corporate compliance – management and oversight of our ethics and corporate compliance programme. In view of the above, the Senior Project Manager will be primarily responsible for: Supporting the improvement of RM processes; The production and delivery of RM reporting including maintaining a suite of operational RM reporting dashboards for use by Turner & Townsend’s business units, eight operating regions, and cost centres within each region; The delivery of RM change projects and initiatives. This is a global role and will involve supporting the Global Head of Risk Management and broader RM leadership team with operating and improving the RM function whilst undertaking ‘business as usual’ activities associated with Turner & Townsend’s regional businesses. This role can be based in either London or Leeds. Additional Information SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
