Our client, a fledgling main contractor located in the Midlands, has recently secured 3 new projects within the Home Counties. As they venture further down the M1, they are keen to bring on board a Senior Project Manager to focus on schemes in the South East. Projects secured range in contract value from £10m - £25m.
You will work closely with the Construction Director and have day-to-day operational responsibility for the live project.
The Candidate (Senior Project Manager):
As a Senior Project Manager, you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types, with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive, with a positive can-do attitude, and experience within the role as a Project Manager. You will require the following: Previous Industrial/Warehouse sector experience is essential. A working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts (Preferable) SMSTS First Aid A full UK driving license The Package:
