Role & Responsibilities:

Driving the delivery of the contract or package activities to ensure they are delivered safely on time, to budget, meeting business & technical requirements. Developing and implementing strategies and plans in line with the overall programme execution plan, setting out how the programme of work will be managed, organised, and executed. Maintaining effective communications with all stakeholders and executing the project or PEP strategies within their contract or package of work. Monitoring and managing the progress of the programme. Tracking progress against milestones, deadlines, budget and providing key stakeholders with reports on these matters. Forecasting, anticipating, managing, and resolving issues within the contract or package. Identifying risks and facilitating the resolution of all issues raised, developing, and updating the programme budget, and escalating any issues to the Delivery Manager.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

Educated to HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering discipline. Professional Qualification in Project Management such as APM PMQ, Prince2 7 Practitioner or other recognised qualification. Proven track record of Project Management capability within large scale and complex projects, ideally in regulated sectors and preferably within the Nuclear environment. All candidates must have at least 10 years' work experience.

UK National Security Vetting Status - BPSS Clearance.
