Projects range from 2m-20m. My client is a strong investor in their staff and has a low staff turnover. The company is run by affable directors, who have developed a robust company with a solid reputation. HQ based in Hampshire with projects in London and home counties. The Role Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project. Identify and mitigate project risks. Ensure technical proficiency and compliance with industry standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports. Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met. Maintain commercial awareness and ensure site activities align with financial goals. Required Skills: In-depth industry-specific knowledge of facade / cladding is essential. Strong project management skills. Proficiency in risk management. Advanced programming and monitoring skills using Microsoft Project. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
