Your purpose:

As part of our Nuclear New Build business, our Project Delivery Capability team specializes in taking on complex engineering projects and opportunities that exist across the board, from technical leadership to project management. We offer a hugely stimulating variety of work, within a team that is rapidly developing to support the delivery of New Nuclear Build.

Working as a Senior Project Manager, you will be supervising your team in accordance with our company’s procedures and cultures. We are recruiting predominately in the Bristol and Epsom locations. Our Bristol office focuses on supporting the Hinkley Point C project, while our Epsom office supports the Sizewell C project. You will be expected to travel and work from client sites across the UK as the role requires.

Responsibilities:

Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver multi-million-pound projects.

Accountable for the financial performance of the project with strong experience of change control, risk, and cost management.

Manage the preparation of bids across a range of expertise.

Ideally you are:

Excellent with communicative skills and motivated by working within a dynamic and diverse project delivery environment.

Driven by new challenges and keen to learn while supporting others within our multi-disciplinary teams.

Able to manage the commercial and quality performance of projects and proactively deploy techniques to control delivery, cost, manage risk and change.

Competent with a range of PM tools such as MS Project, Online Stage Gates, Enterprise Advantage, iGate, JDE.
