Senior Project Manager , you will lead the successful delivery of complex digital projects and programmes of work. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage project lifecycles, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain high-quality outputs. With strong communication and organisational skills, you’ll play a key role in managing resources, risks, and budgets while fostering client relationships and team collaboration. You’ll be expected to: Manage complex digital programmes, including multiple concurrent projects. Define project scope, timelines, and adapt plans to meet evolving needs, with a focus on discovery phases and early-stage project lifecycle activities. Lead the definition of project objectives, requirements, and scope during the discovery phase. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and early-stage planning to ensure a solid foundation for project delivery. Align resource plans with project requirements, manage budgets, track expenditures, and escalate risks when necessary. Identify and address risks, dependencies, and issues, driving resolution strategies to safeguard project timelines and budgets. Provide regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across design, development, and QA. Onboard and integrate new team members for cohesive collaboration. Maintain compliance documentation, manage project administration tasks, and use tools like Kantata for scheduling, resource requests, and budget tracking. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in project management, ideally in a digital consultancy or agency environment. Demonstrated experience leading discovery phases and early-stage project lifecycle activities, including workshops, requirement gathering, and stakeholder alignment. Track record of delivering complex digital projects or programmes on time, within budget, and to high standards. Strong knowledge of digital delivery processes, tools, and methodologies. Expertise in resource planning, budget management, and risk mitigation. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
