The responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager: Overseeing and managing projects Attend pre-start & progress meetings with Client and Contractor. Regularly liaising with Quantity Surveyors, Designers, Site managers and production to ensure successful project delivery. Providing relevant information for a successful project, design information, survey information, budget, time frame, health and safety, procurement schedule and RAMS. Project reporting - risks, solutions, cost, time frames and solutions. Managing project accounts Managing and liaising with Installation teams to ensure labour is sourced correctly, working efficiently, adhering to time frames and health and safety rules. Overseeing procurement and deliveries. Meeting Clients & Contractors to discuss upcoming project requirements and products. Ensuring compliance is implemented throughout the project. Liaising with Design teams and internal management to ensure health & safety and Quality Standards. Liaising with Client and ensuring Client Satisfaction throughout the project.
The Senior Project Manager must have/be: At least 5 years experience in either cladding or SFS. Proven leadership. A proven track record of delivery. Excellent oral and communication skills. A stable employment history. Strong attention to detail. Organised. Able to manage multiple projects.
