Job Description As a Senior Project Manager within AECOM's London Project Management Team, you will be responsible for leading and managing medium to large-scale built environment and construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring their successful delivery while continuing to develop your specialised knowledge. Your role will involve overseeing significant phases of projects, guiding junior team members, and fostering client and consultant relationships. Additionally, you will support business development activities and contribute to AECOM's team and organisational growth. Job Responsibilities: You will need to be from a consultancy or healthcare client organisation with the ability to undertake a lead role on small projects or work with an Associate or Director, leading on a significant component of a large project. With our commitment to development, we would expect you to be a role model for our more junior members of the Team, that would be required to assist you. The role would cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception and business case development, through the design, procurement process, site delivery, commissioning phase and defects management. Key Responsibilities Lead and Deliver:

Drive project delivery on our project management commissions to meet time, budget, and quality requirements, while fostering collaboration among clients, consultants, contractors, and team members. Client-Centric Excellence:

Strengthen client relationships by delivering an exceptional service, aligning project outcomes with client objectives and contributing to the business' growth. Team Leadership and Development:

Mentor and support junior members of our team in their career development, contribute to talent development initiatives and champion a positive, high-performance team culture. Industry Engagement and Growth:

Support bids and business development activities, engage with industry forums and networking events, and take ownership of your professional growth and knowledge-sharing within the organisation. Skills and Experiences Experience and technical knowledge in project management within the built environment or construction industry. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams and stakeholders. Demonstrate leadership potential and good client relationship management. Passionate about delivering high-quality consulting services, and comfortable in the role of consultant. Be proactive, solution-oriented and adaptable to changing circumstances. Ability to support the development of colleagues, particularly towards professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM). Qualifications Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIOB, APM) achieved or commitment to achieve one.
