The successful Senior Project Manager will work closely with the project teams throughout delivery and will: Act as the first point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders. Work as part of the project management team assisting with various project applications. Track projects accurately and in detail on the project management platform. Ensure all aspects of the work carried out meet contractual requirements and that the contract is delivered on time, within budget, and of excellent quality. Attend meetings at site and/or external offices. Book and organize meetings, writing minutes for meetings attended with summarized action points. Prepare documentation and relevant updates for pre-meeting preparation. Monitor project progress and bring to the Project Director's attention any issues that arise in a timely manner. Proactively produce regular progress reports as required. Liaise and communicate professionally verbally and in writing with suppliers, customers, and subcontractors. Oversee and track project management with minimum supervision. Practice the Company’s project management and quality control procedures. Build strong relationships with clients. REQUIREMENTS About the requirements: Completed or about to complete a suitable qualification (degree and/or professional qualification to the suited Chartered Body). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and document preparation skills. Responsible for own high-quality output and understanding of how his/her outputs contribute to the programme and/or project. Strong interpersonal qualities demonstrable through daily actions and engagement with individuals.
