They carry out a range of fit-out projects across various sectors including commercial, hotels, luxury residential and specialist joinery projects. The business is thriving and are winning new projects regularly. As a result, they are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Project Manager to join them. The Senior Project Manager will be based in Antrim full time but there will be a need to travel to locations across the world to oversee project delivery. This tends to be 2 or 3 times a year for 2 or 3 weeks at a time. Main Responsibilities: Manage the successful delivery of projects Undertake responsibility for all safety, health, environment and quality matters ensuring adherence to statutory and legal requirements and Company procedures Develop the project plan and budget, monitor progress and ensure deliverables are achieved Ensure that project resources i.e. staff, labour, plant, materials and sub-contractors are effectively managed Manage client relationships Ensure contractual conditions are adhered to and the contractual position is not compromised Proactively participate in value engineering to maximise project contribution. The Ideal Person: Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications Experience working on high end fit out projects Track record working as a Project Manager Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills Great attention to detail, commercial acumen and cost control Excellent management skills Good IT Skills to enable flow of information between those involved in the project, particularly Microsoft Outlook Ability to read and interpret drawings Able to commute to Antrim on a daily basis Happy to travel and stay away when required For further information on this vacancy, or any other Built Environment job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact
