  • Lead the entire construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the design, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

  • At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the ICI sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing projects across the food processing, manufacturing, institutional, multi-residential, and industrial sectors.
  • Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of relevant construction laws and building codes.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with proven experience in managing project teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills for dealing with various stakeholders.
  • Proven time management abilities to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Gold Seal Certification or PMP designation is an asset.
