Based in Kidderminster, with nationwide travel, this role involves managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all technical and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management: Full ownership of assigned projects, from handover to final delivery.
* Planning & Delivery: Develop detailed project plans, oversee installation, and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
* Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including contractors and engineers, and mentor junior project managers.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for high-profile projects.
* Budget Control: Manage budgets, procurement, and financial reporting, ensuring profitability and minimising risks.
* Compliance & Quality: Ensure all projects meet fire safety and building regulations while adhering to company quality standards.
