Head Hunted Recruitment are working with a well-known and long established company based in Kings Lynn, Norfolk who are looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to their growing team of professionals. This new position has come about due to new business in and around Norfolk/Suffolk.

My client is a leading fit out company, building commercial interiors across the East of England since 1987. As part of our growth plan, we are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Senior Project Manager oversees the full project life cycle and is responsible for delivering the scope (in line with the client contract) as per the agreed budget and schedule, whilst ensuring the target margin is realised.

You would be a key figure within the business; driving progress across a number of different departments to ensure our projects are executed in line with our company policies, processes and objectives. The individual must work well under pressure and be able to organise/prioritise their own workload. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and career driven.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

Take ownership of delivering multiple fit out projects across the East of England Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the process Deliver projects on schedule and within set budgets Ensure smooth delivery and efficient use of materials, labour and equipment Manage the installation teams and subcontractors during the build phase Collaborate with other project managers and project coordinators Take responsibility for the project health and safety requirements

Senior Project Manager Skills Required:

A minimum of 4 years’ experience managing construction projects Knowledge of the fit-out industry is essential Excellent IT and admin management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Able to prioritise workload and work well with others

Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

SMSTS Full driving licence

Senior Project Manager Benefits:

£40K - £50K Per Annum DOE Fantastic working environment in our Kings Lynn showroom office 8am - 5pm working day 23 days annual holiday + bank holiday Competitive Salary Additional leave On-site parking Profit sharing

Experience: Managing construction projects: 2 years (required) Fit out: 2 years (required)

This is an office based position although some flexibility can be offered regarding the working arrangements. This vacancy comes with an excellent salary of £40K - £50K per annum DOE.
