Project Manager Officer
Camino Search are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing private equity-backed SaaS firm. They're growing both organically and acquisitively and have a strong conversion for EBITDA. The business is a strong market fit with long term contracts. As a result they're looking to bolster their operational team with a PMO. This position will be actively involved in commercial, strategy and operational excellence.
We're looking for a commercially strong and process driven individual to join the team to drive project management across all divisions in the business. This will include working directly with commercial and technology teams. This is an all encompassing position coordinating the delivery of client projects including pricing, operational efficiencies, delivery, timetables and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the CEO and wider leadership team to drive strategic goals
- Oversee accounts across the business ensuring control over project scope, change management, risk mitigation
- Driving operational excellence and the efficiency of projects alongside the sales teams
- Building strong stakeholder engagement with internal and external stakeholders including clients
- Driving innovative analytics by collaborating with cross functional teams to identify growth opportunities across departments and operational excellence
- Leadership of analytics and performance analysis across the business to drive KPIs and optimising business performance
Essential Background:
- Experience partnering a variety of stakeholders
- Strong project management experience ideally for a consultancy firm
