Are you a Project Manager with a strong track record of customer journey / CX projects? London Business School are thrilled to be looking for an ambitious well-rounded project manager to join our growing team in the Technology Department on a two year fixed-term contract. This role will be managing our exciting project to transform our customer journey. This project is our flagship transformation project involving significant cross-school stakeholders. You will be working with external partners, an Internal Technology Team and cross-departmental Implementation team to deliver the project outcomes (business and digital). This project is one of our key transformation projects, helping to reimagine our customer journey, transform our processes and operational efficiency. Bringing in a new technology ecosystem covering (but not limited to) CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platform and a new Applicant Portal. Please note, this is a fixed-term position, with an expected duration of two years. Main Responsibilities

Work with the Sponsors, Board and Programme Lead to deliver this critical project to the School in an Agile approach Working to two Strategic Sponsors, our Chief Marketing and Creative Officer and Chief Digital & Information Officer to provide assurance, risk and issue management Manage the procurement and commercial activities associated with the system transformation project, including the oversight and management of external suppliers. Be part of our Agile Transformation within the Technology Team to explore more efficient ways of working and collaboration for our project deliveries. Prepare and maintain all project documentation including stage gate packs; plans; reports and facilitate ‘show and tells’; Manage the relationship with the project sponsor and other key stakeholders ensuring regular engagement throughout the project lifetime Who we are looking for

Recognised project management qualification or relevant experience Experience of delivering solutions as part of an Agile Delivery Team Successful completion of several projects in a medium to large size organisation Experience of delivering projects related to Customer Journey, Customer Experience, including at least one of the major capabilities we are looking to replace Recent experience of working with third party suppliers and managing supplier relationships and resources Prior experience of managing project budgets Ability to work to strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment and to influence others to do likewise Ability to translate technical information for end users and create confidence and enthusiasm in the customer Why London Business School
