About the Role Workingwithin our Project Management team, as a Senior Project Manager, your role will emcompass project delivery, the overseeing of multiple projects and financial and risk reporting. You will ideally be a RICS member and be able to demonstrate strong collaborationand leadership skills. Working collaboratively across project teams, you will lead the delivery strategy, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities Project Leadership: Develop and execute delivery strategies, ensuring client and company objectives are met. Project Execution: Oversee all aspects of project lifecycles, including planning, risk management, design coordination, commercial management, and contract negotiation. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Sustainability: Deliver agreed carbon reduction and social value targets. Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and Reds10's ISO standards, including quality assurance and CDM regulations. Reporting: Evaluate progress and provide detailed reports for clients and leadership teams. Continuous Improvement: Drive productivity improvements and eliminate wasteful practices throughout project delivery. What we’re looking for Experience in project management, delivering large-scale, complex projects within the construction or manufacturing sectors. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams. A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard. Expertise in managing risk, opportunity, and change control processes.
