Senior Project Manager- Marine Can be based in London, Glasgow or Lowestoft Salary from £54,800, with annual bonus up to 15% and health cover Flexible Working Pattern Help us create a better future, quicker The primary objective of the role is to act as the subject matter expert for marine operations in Offshore O&M. Belonging to the Global O&M Planning & Projects department and reporting directly to Head of Planning & Projects, the O&M Senior Marine Manager will be responsible for the marine assurance processes and the selection and vetting of vessels. What you’ll be doing Develop, implement and update marine assurance processes and procedures for vessel acceptance at operational sites, ensuring they remain fit for purpose. Develop, implement and update minimum requirements for vessels based on lessons learned, legislative updates, industry best practices and site-specific needs. Participate in tender processes for marine services and O&M marine logistics tenders from a technical perspective, including identification of potential suppliers, preparation of Scope of Works and contribution to the technical evaluation. Manage, monitor and evaluate frameworks ensuring contractors deliver as per requirements while optimizing marine operations and reducing operational costs. Define and assess relevant KPIs associated with the marine logistics fleet and support the development and implementation of O&M logistics strategies for new operational windfarms. Analyze and recommend new sustainable vessel and decarbonization strategies for logistics. Assist HSE and Environmental teams with marine-related incidents at O&M sites. What you’ll bring Marine Engineer, Master Mariner, Naval Architect or equivalent master’s degree. IT literate with the ability to operate MS Office systems and other IT-based project management software. Flexible to travel overseas. Fluent in English. Previous Marine Management experience.
