Have you got successful Industrial project experience as a No1 under your belt? Have you taken projects from inception to completion? Do you have a track record on 20,000 to 100,000 Sq Ft within Design and Build Projects? You should have a clear understanding of the importance of working closely with clients and sub-contractors to build strong ongoing working relationships.
Ultimately, you will understand we need a WIN WIN on site for all parties so everyone makes money and is happy!
You will have full responsibility for your site and report directly to the Construction Director. You will know how to add value at the pre-tender stage and executive stage whilst on site. This candidate would be part of an already established team and have aspirations for career development towards directorship.
If you are highly motivated, have a positive mentality, and demonstrate strong leadership towards your team, with the ability to manage major large-scale Industrial projects or multiple projects moving forward, this may well be the perfect fit.
