We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on a National Grid-related project for a freelance contract.
We can pay outside IR35. Responsibilities:
Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Lead and manage project teams, assigning tasks, roles, and responsibilities. Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress and address challenges. Act as a mentor or coach for team members, helping to develop their skills and resolve conflicts. What we need:
National Grid Experience HND/C in an Engineering background Previous experience in a managerial background Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
