Senior Project Manager

to join a successful property and construction consultancy. With a strong track record of delivering high-quality healthcare projects, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing mid-to-large-scale healthcare commissions across the UK. What You’ll Be Doing Project Management Leadership:

Overseeing the full lifecycle of healthcare projects, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Healthcare Focus:

Leading and managing a variety of healthcare projects, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities, ensuring each project meets both client and regulatory requirements. NEC Expertise:

Using your NEC 3/4 accreditation and experience to manage contracts, ensuring smooth project delivery and compliance with all contractual obligations. Team Collaboration:

Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and contractors, you’ll lead by example, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Autonomous Decision-Making:

Operating independently, taking ownership of your projects, and driving them forward to successful outcomes. What We’re Looking For Experience:

Proven track record of successful project management within the healthcare sector, with demonstrable experience in managing mid-to-large-scale projects. NEC Accreditation:

Experience with NEC 3/4 contracts is highly desirable, with the ability to manage complex contract requirements. Professional Approach:

A strong work ethic, professional approach, and the ability to maintain high standards of service. Collaborative & Independent:

Able to work effectively within a team or independently, taking initiative to drive projects forward. Healthcare Knowledge:
