Job Description

Our award winning, multi-disciplinary client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a prolific team delivering a £350m Life Sciences & Tech projects. This well-established business, which has been around for 60+ years, has paved their way to success. With ongoing growth and endless opportunities, this is a great chance for an ambitious project manager to step into seniority and work on some excellent projects local to Oxford. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be expected to attend their Oxford office at least once a week and travel to their site location, which is located in Aldermaston, at least once a week. As this is a large 40,000sq ft project, you will be expected to take charge and manage the PMs while providing mentorship, taking the projects from inception to completion, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. A successful candidate will be chartered RICS, CIOB, RIBA, MICE, have previous experience in a consultancy-based environment, have previously delivered large scale projects from various sectors (preferably education, life sciences, and technology), and possess strong communication and organisational skills.
