Role Overview: We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers with a background in NEC contracts. The main aspects of this role include upgrade works, refurbishment, extensions of existing buildings, and maintenance. This project has two separate locations: Newmarket and Thetford. Knowledge of the NEC contract and its workings Managing the construction programme Ensure that the project meets regulatory and client objectives while remaining within budget constraints Excellent communication, people, and team management skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and mentor You would need to pass SC clearance for this role.
