“Senior Project Manager”

will be responsible for: Active involvement in the procurement, design and delivery of new build and refurbishment projects including mixed use, industrial, residential and commercial schemes. Advising clients on programme, cost and procurement implications of projects for both public and private sector clients. Attending client facing meetings in which professional advice is provided. Procuring and managing multi-disciplinary consultant teams. Involvement in the project delivery process from inception to completion. Good working understanding of building technology, compliance/Building Regulations and defect diagnosis. As a small, but growing business, this role will provide the right individual with responsibility and the opportunity to be a fundamental part of our growth and success. The Ideal “Senior Project Manager” MRICS is desirable. 3/4 years previous experience. Experience running projects with a value of £5m+. Defence/Public sector experience is desirable. Proactive and flexible in working style. Self-motivated and driven. Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. What’s in it for you? The successful
