We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Project Manager
with a strong background in IT, Risk Management, or Physical Security to lead critical projects that drive operational excellence and mitigate organizational risks. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing cross-functional teams, delivering complex IT solutions, and implementing risk mitigation strategies to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT and risk management projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget outcomes. Develop and implement project plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives. Manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and adherence to Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Monitor performance metrics and ensure projects meet security and compliance requirements. Provide expertise in IT infrastructure, cyber risk, or physical security frameworks. Key Qualifications: Proven experience managing complex IT or risk-related projects, preferably within physical security or cybersecurity environments. Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, NIST). Familiarity with IT security protocols, physical security systems, or incident response processes. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
