Senior Project Manager (Pre-Construction / Retail) £60,000-£70,000 + Hybrid + Flexible Hours + Company Bonus + Progression + Training + Company Benefits Milton Keynes Are you a Project Manager or similar from a Pre-Construction / Retail background looking for a fully autonomous role where you will be the go-to specialist on a dynamic range of projects within a well-established consultancy who offer the chance to make the role your own and to continually progress right through to directorship? This well-established Consultancy works in numerous sectors, primarily retail and has a presence nationwide with several offices. They have continually grown in recent years to a point they now have a turnover of over £10m and are looking to grow the team at their Milton Keynes office to keep up with an ever-increasing workload. In this varied role you will be the go-to project leader responsible for seeing projects from inception through to completion, primarily within the retail sector (60%). You will have the autonomy to lead projects as you see fit as you liaise with clients, other departments, and key stakeholders. This is a hybrid role with site visitation nationwide and occasional staying away. Lead varied projects primarily within the Retail sector Work within the PM team, and liaise closely with the cost management team, stakeholders, and clients Work on pre-construction phase Responsible for delivery on time and within budget Flexible and Hybrid working available The Person:
