client in the North of England. Candidates must have

demonstrable experience as a Senior Project Manager successfully delivering change related Property projects,

ideally within Financial Services. You should have a track record of successfully managing and delivering large complex Property projects and implementations, a strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience leading and coordinating teams of diverse technical and non-technical resources across multiple geographic sites and engaging effectively with external 3rd party service providers. Candidates must engage via an FCSA

umbrella company

with a top end rate of £565 per day. The role will be for an

initial 5-months .

The role is Hybrid and there will be a requirement to travel to sites in Scotland and the North of England periodically. The role will involve mobilising and managing projects & change initiatives using formal methodologies and lifecycles, managing a stakeholder engagement plan, ensuring continuous and clear communications with sponsors, business owners and impacted suppliers, establishing resource requirements, financials and project plans, and ensuring the project delivers on time and within budget whilst remaining aligned to the strategy, with a disciplined change control process to make sure changes are formally agreed. Key Experience Required: Extensive experience delivering Property Projects in a change and project management capacity. Demonstrable experience successfully managing and delivering large complex Property projects and implementations. Ability to see and communicate technology challenges in business terms; ability to understand and deliver business value. A track record of engaging and influencing at a senior level. Strong planning and problem-solving skills. Experience of successfully leading and inspiring large teams. If you have the key skills & experience required, please apply immediately!
