Calibre Search are working alongside a leading & global real estate advisory firm now looking to add a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Manchester (open to Leeds as well).

You'll be part of a highly skilled and established in-house Construction Project Delivery team delivering on some major industrial shed Commercial High Rise Office/Residential block schemes working on behalf of some of the world's biggest distributors & developers across the North of England.

Ideally you will be RICS degree qualified with a number of years under your belt working via a construction consultancy or client-side role. You don't have to be chartered (MRICS/MCIOB) but the Practice encourages and supports those who wish to become chartered.

Very much a position you can make your own as this sector of work is looking likely to only increase in the new year, so you'll certainly play a big part in helping deliver.

Duties:

Assisting and leading on the day-to-day delivery of projects and in time, become confident in leading projects. Assisting other team members within the project management and QS teams. Undertake contract administration and dealing with tenders. Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects. Assist in the management of consultant teams. Liaise with the client on deviations from specification, budget, etc. Conduct meetings and show strong communication and client-facing skills. Ensure that all CDM regulations have been followed throughout the delivery of the project. Manage logistics and resource allocation to ensure delivery of the project to a high standard.
