Working as a Senior Project Manager you'll be an important contributor within our UK Transformation Office, working across the business to plan, manage and realise the benefits of key strategic and operational projects. Key responsibilities

Drive the portfolio of Baxi UK strategic and operational projects allocated to the Projects team. Provide professional Project Management skills to any large scale/complex operational or strategic project allocated to the role holder from within the UK or requested by Group. Manage the portfolio of projects managed by the Projects Team. Ensure proper management of allocated projects, including scoping, resource assessment, cost/benefit analysis, deliverables definition, quality, progress monitoring, and financial control of budget and expenditure within project boundaries and timelines. Provide analytical and problem-solving expertise where needed. Initiate strategic projects for UK business where potential business opportunities are identified, either by the role holder or other Baxi employees. Provide guidance, support and coaching to the Project Management team and support their development within their roles. Manage complex, multi workstream projects and oversee quality control throughout the lifecycle. What you will bring

Demonstrable project experience in a similar multidisciplinary business is essential. Proven track record of delivering transformation projects is desirable. Previous experience in managing and developing virtual teams is essential. Excellent budgeting, risk management, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience of senior level negotiation, and dealing with conflict is essential. Excellent all-round communicator, possessing strong electronic, written, and verbal communication abilities. Proven ability to positively influence within teams and with individuals at all levels and foster collaboration. Self-motivation and organizational ability to prioritize activities to effectively optimize personal and project performance. Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
