This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Engineering Manager where the successful candidate will have responsibility for developing and delivering the Project Strategy for the Runcorn Site, delivering the design and execution of technical, CAPEX and redundant asset projects. The Runcorn Vynova Asset is currently undergoing a major investment programme, with the new plant currently undergoing commissioning. This is an excellent time to join our dynamic team as there will be substantial responsibility from day 1 as you will help drive the asset through this critical period. Responsibilities include: Plan, co-ordinate and manage the execution of capital investment, redundancy and technical projects for the Runcorn Site. Ensure compliance with specifications, deadlines and budgets, achievement of project goals and compliance with safety, environmental, health and quality standards and project reporting. Development and management for an efficient organisation throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure that feasibility studies, problem and vulnerability studies are initiated in advance of project development for complex projects. Identify and investigate opportunities for external funding for Projects and Redundancy. Manage delivery of multiple projects and ensure plant safety HAZOP, LOPA and regulatory compliance are maintained. Implement and deliver comprehensive safety processes. Develop and monitor the budget of the Runcorn Projects, analysing budget/actual deviations and develop, negotiate and agree corrective actions with Senior Management. Work with Vynova Procurement to develop and maintain commercial relationships with Service Providers. PR/Duty Manager. Co-ordinate a project team of up to 50 members. Ideal Candidate: Degree in Engineering plus Chartered Engineer or Masters in Engineering. 5-7 years in Process Industry or Engineering. CDM and Major Project Expertise. Managing.
