I'm working alongside a leading consultancy in Sheffield who are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on a large Civils/Infrastructure project. This is a site-based role working on a large infra scheme valuing £1-2b! Key Responsibilities: Lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Act as the primary client contact, aligning project objectives and managing stakeholder relationships. Provide strategic advice during project inception and establish success criteria. Develop and maintain project plans, manage resources, budgets, and monitor performance. Oversee risk management, change control, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management (or similar). Experience on large-scale projects (£100m+). Chartered/qualified status (e.g., ICE, APM, RICS) preferred but not essential. They can offer: Competitive salary and benefits package with clear plans for promotion.
