Senior Project Manager

to join our Chemistry Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead complex analytical testing projects while building strong client relationships and contributing to the success of a dynamic team. What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will: Act as the primary client contact for designing and delivering analytical testing projects, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and budget requirements. Oversee project execution using techniques such as LC-MS, GC-MS, FTIR, ICP, UV, and more, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed. Manage all aspects of project delivery, including proposal preparation, study planning, resource scheduling, and providing regular client updates. Write and review high-quality technical documents, including protocols and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as ISO 17025 and cGMP. Provide technical expertise to internal teams, support laboratory operations, and coach/mentor team members. Stay at the forefront of scientific advancements to maintain SME status and enhance client solutions. What We’re Looking For:

To excel in this role, you will ideally have: A degree in science or engineering (postgraduate qualification such as MSc or PhD is desirable). Significant experience in analytical study design, method validation, and project/program management. Expertise in protocol and report writing, ideally within a pharmaceutical or medical device testing environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to delegate tasks effectively and work independently. A strong understanding of quality systems (e.g., ISO 17025, cGxP) and their application to analytical chemistry. Why Join Us?
